"Pros: Good location for our concert venue, the manager was very helpful and the two ladies we spoke to were very helpful and friendly (one at reception and Simona in the restaurant). Mattress was comfy. Cons: The cleaners too loud and intrusive in the morning, always talking in the hallways at 8am and trying to get into our room despite putting on our do not disturb sign. In Geiselwind itself there's no taxis and on a Sunday we had no trains leaving Geiselwind so we were stuck (Uber doesn't collect from here, no drivers would accept) It's only suitable really if you drive and have a car. The manager was nice and managed to drive us to the nearest running train station, so our big issue was solved. Breakfast wasn't suitable for me (vegetarian) so we didn't have any, we were initially charged for this but the manager corrected this." ~Olivia
