Cons: Reception Staff Experience: When I arrived at 2 PM from a long drive close to Czech borders, a tall male receptionist reacted in a surprising and unprofessional manner, stating, "Check-in is at 3 PM. You are EARLY!!!" I found his response inappropriate for the level of accommodation. While I understand that check-in policies must be respected, the reaction was unexpected, especially considering the apartment was ready and I was handed the keys without delay. The response felt completely unnecessary and lacking in hospitality. Additionally, although parking was included in my booking, the receptionist made no effort to explain how to access or use the underground parking. I had to inquire myself to get that information. General Feedback: To the company managing the accommodation: the apartment itself was excellent: spacious, clean, and well-furnished. However, I strongly encourage you to provide better training for your front desk staff to ensure a more professional and welcoming guest experience. Other Notes: There was no dishwasher in the apartment, but the cleaning staff did take care of the dishes, which was appreciated." ~Professor
