"Pros: The whole facility is kind of impressive for European standards. It is huge and has many options for families with kids. The bed was also super confortable and rooms are of a good size with a lot of light.
Cons: We booked a room through booking for 2 adolts and 1 kid 2 years old. On the picture we received as our room there was one extra bed and there were no wording about extra payment. However, we asked about baby bed through out the messages, and they said this needs to be paid extra 29 euros for a baby crib, if we want an extra bed that is paid 30 euros. We were a bit surprised as there were no wording about it in the booking as it was clear that it was 3 of us and the picture of our room already had extra bed. However, we told them if there is any extra payment we do not want any extra bed, we have it all in the messages here on booking. When we came late in the night, we came to our room which was the one from the photos in our booking and it had an extra bed. We thought they understood their mistake and they still gave us a room from our booking. But in the morning on the check out, they requested that we pay 30 eur extra for this bed. Whatever we said, or showed the messages and our booking, they were still claiming we need to pay. Therefore, we cannot be 100% satisfied with this booking as we felt a bit tricked in the middle of Europe. We think this amount should be refunded to us either by booking or by the hotel."
