"Pros: The hotel has very friendly and welcoming staff. We really appreciated their personal approach and the way they cared about their guests and their needs. They kindly allowed us to check out late and use our room until 3:00 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful and very helpful for us. Cons: The location is quite far from the city center, and public transportation is not very reliable. There is only one bus that runs every 30 minutes, and it is often not on time. We found it quite difficult to reach the city center. The area is more suitable for visitors with a car or those coming specifically to visit BMW." ~Elnur
