"Pros: Nestled in the Black Forest, this hotel made for a very comfortable base for a long weekend of hiking. Several walks start from the hotel, and others just a short drive away. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner service. Also, a very special mention to the extremely accommodating and friendly staff - they went out of their way to help us- e.g. providing room service upon request, making sure people with dogs were not seated next to each other in the restaurant (this is something that we don't see staff take care of often). Comfortable beds, and a really nice shower and water pressure. Cons: Would be nice if there was a small fridge (e.g. to store opened food), and water kettle in the room." ~Priyanka
