"Pros: The location is really good, 2 blocks from the beach and new boulevard. The view from the balcony is AMAZING! You can see the mountains, the beach, the new boulevard, the Black sea and Batumi! It was a pleasure to have my meals at the balcony. Because sometimes was noisy, I used my headphones. Several shops and take away, restaurants are near. The double bed was comfortable. The layout of the studio apartment was very convenient. The living table can convert in a taller and much bigger table which was a really plus! The washing machine hidden was a plus! Also the hangers and clothes rack. They have a good size fridge, ideal for long stays. The hosts are your neighbors, so if you need anything, you can ask them. Not all of them speak english. They were very helpful when I got stuck at the elevator! Once I got out, they also informed me when the elevator was working again. Very grateful! Overall, I recommend this place to stay for a long period. Also because the host replied very quickly and you will get help from the host and his family. They seem a very nice people and very attentive. Cons: I had to wait 40 minutes to meet the person whom was going to meet me to provide me the keys. The apartment was not clean. The shower doors were staying opened and the water came out to the rest of the bathroom. The area had some under construction buildings so it could be a bit noisy at times, even on weekends. I used my headphones when I was at the balcony or the balcony doors opened. This is out of the host reach. The electricity was cut some days but it seems that something was going on in the neighborhood. This is out of the host reach. Regardless all of these bullet points, the host always was attentive about my feedback and acted quickly to reverse the situation: He apologized that someone was not waiting for my arrival. He apologized and provide me cleaning products since I offered myself to clean the apartment. His family was informed regarding the shower doors and I understand that probably they will take care of the situation once I leave the place which it was ok for me. Overall, I believe that you can determinate if the hosts are truly attentive people when problems pop ups and they act fast to solve it. So I really appreciate them!" ~Cinthia
