"Pros: Quiet relaxing little sea side town . Good clean room. Kitchen facilities adequate (separate area). Refrigerator in the room. Lovely view from the balcony and decking area. Such a long way up the side of the hill. Gino was easy to deal with. Cons: The bathroom didn't smell that good. I think the smell was coming up from the shower drain plumbing. Beware of the local dogs as one girl staying there was bitten and needed rabies shot from the Batumi hospital. (Not the fault of the guest house - just beware when walking)" ~Roy
