"Pros: - Responsive host. Quick replies via Booking.com. Initially, there was no bath mat, but they provided one within a day. - Great location (Alpic building). If you get used to the route, you can ski almost right to the entrance of the building (bypassing the "Drunken Cherry" restaurant). You can also ski down from the Alpic building to the T-bar lift, which helps avoid walking in ski boots to the main lift. - Stunning mountain view. You can enjoy the breathtaking scenery right from the bed! - Adjustable heating. The temperature can be easily controlled, making the stay very comfortable. Additional tips: - Ask the host in advance for the code to the ski depot on the first floor. - Keep in mind that after confirming the booking, you will need to make a prepayment via card (various methods are available, including Zolotaya Korona). Based on my observations, this prepayment practice is common for 95% of apartments. Cons: Nothing particularly critical, just minor details: - Upon arrival, there was very little toilet paper. I'm sure we could have asked the host, but it was faster for us to buy some at the nearby store. - There's no washing machine, unlike some other apartments, but this was clear from the photos beforehand." ~Elizaveta

"Pros: Everything was excellent,especially our owner of property George. Even despite our leaving one day earlier, than we have booked initially, he returned money, but he shouldn’t do it actually. So during all our stay George asked about our stay,was is comfortable or not, told us about all necessary things,where we could change money and buy products and ets, helped us with search of driver to Vladikavkaz. Accommodation is really nice and new one,fully equipped and very comfortable. All facilities were inside the room: toiletries, kitchen equipment). Just be aware,that you should take some slippers or warm sweated socks in winter, because the floor was rather cold (and during our stay the temperature outside was lower than 10))))) If I go one more time to Gudauri I will definitely stay in these apartments one more time!" ~Natalia
