"Pros: Apartment is really clean, nice, exactly as you see it in the pictures. good view, warm, place for cook and good facilities. The only thing is that when you dont have a car its little bit inconvenient from down to go up in New Gudauri. Cons: thin walls" ~Elene

"Pros: The apartments have a good convenient location. Close to ski lift, shops, restaurants, transport. The apartments are clean, everything is new and corresponds to the presented photos and description. There is a complete set of tableware and cooking utensils. There is a two-burner electric hob, electric kettle, toaster, microwave. Cons: The apartments are located in the Marshal complex opposite the police station, next to the gas station, but not where the geolocation is indicated. This discrepancy is very confusing and takes a lot of time when looking for housing while already in Gudauri itself. There are problems with wi-fi internet. For a week, we still couldn’t get it, we had to buy a SIM card and use a mobile internet, even for correspondence with booking." ~Galina
