"Pros: Beautiful restored property... could compete with any European manor house although in this case it was an old millhouse. Cons: The road leading to the property was under construction so it made access to the property unpleasant... in a few months that will certainly no longer be an issue. In fact, the main street in Bolnisi was also being fixed so by next spring the town will be a much nicer place to visit." ~Charles
