"Pros: The Owner of the apartment was super sweet and his grandson helped us communicate to him in English. The stay and the apartment is a 10/10 ❤️. It was cozy and comfortable for 5 of us. The owner even helped us store our baggages so we could roam around the city before leaving. We are sooo glad to stay in his place and would 100% stay again. Cons: Everything was perfect 👍. "Pros: Central location, close to a beach, all necessary amenities are available. Cons: 12-th floor and always crowded elevators. Unstable water pressure and therefore boiler switches on and off making your shower a contrast shower. The towels are way too worn out and could be fresher." ~Anton
