"Pros: easy process, mostly as advertised*, good bed, silent, warm shower, no big surprise. got plenty of sleep despise the "big" small issue*. Cons: parking spot has marks on the floor as many cars get their bottom marked there because of the gate bump. unnecessarily small shower space, with low pressure water. worst of all, however: very surprised by the carpets. i got used to not pay attention to this detail (photos clearly show carpets), and they are very old with heavy carpet air and smell. terrible for my rhinitis! first appartment i find with this in very long time. gladly they were clean, but still terrible part for me." ~Caue
