CANCELLATION POLICY
• If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If canceled or modified later than 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the price for the entire stay will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
City tax in the amount of 3,22pln person / night paid directly at the reception.
Virtual Reception is a service prepared for the convenience of our guests. Through this service, the Guest can perform check-in activities remotely before arrival and then can go directly to the apartment where, after receiving the codes via email or sms, he will be able to enter the apartment at any time, even outside reception hours, e.g. at night. To use the virtual reception service, please contact our reception via email and ask for this service, for which we do not charge additional fees.
The reception is open: Mon-Fri 15-18, on weekends: 12-16
Please note that a virtual reception is available after reception opening hours.
