"Pros: I cannot possibly say enough good things about our stay in Manu’s wonderful house. It has a beautiful and calming view from the hill it sits on across the ocean and the breathtaking Tahitian scenery. It has everything you need to just relax and let yourself exist, but is also a great base to launch your explorations from. That alone would be enough, but there’s even more. Manu, the host of this wonderful house was, what made our stay unforgettable though. He shared his stories and knowledge about his Island, customs, and culture with us and most of all his passion for everything. "Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Moanaura Lodge. It is located in a quieter part of the island further away from all the tourists and cruise ships, which allows one to be more immersed in the local culture. The setting is beautiful with lush jungly mountains on one side and the blue ocean on the other. Klaus was a fantastic caretaker for the property - very friendly and approachable, willing to answer all of our questions. Meileana was also readily available by email and promptly responded to any questions we had about check in and payment. Overall, this property is great value for its price!" ~David
