"Pros: Unfortunately I didn’t receive the door code until 5:30 pm. and needed to make several texts and calls to get it. I had arrived by motorcycle and was very wet. So not a great start. Once I was inside the apartment, it was very nice and well fitted out. The location is quiet and good parking. There is not much around the area except the university. "Pros: Judging by the pictures I thought this place was in a somewhat remote area with nothing around, but I was wrong. - It's near many restaurants, eateries, and a few supermarkets. - The area felt very safe and modern as some nice complexes are nearby. - The apartment was clean and included the listed amenities (i.e., washer, air conditioner, hot/cold water shower, etc.). Cons: Just a recommendation - I would include a bike at the apartment (I wouldn't mind paying a rental fee to use it) because getting around the city generally is difficult if you don't have a car." ~Sylvester
