"Pros: The location was out of the city and without noise. The view from the property was beautiful. The large Gite was relaxing and comfortable. The area of the property was also large and we enjoyed the surroundings. The friendly host Clément kept in contact and guided us during the check-in. The neighbours were also nice and friendly. Cons: Nothing to complain about. Only a few points for possible improvement: -We arrived late and it was dark. The entrance through the main entrance was easy but the name of Gite was covered by trees and it was a bit difficult to locate on the first hand although it was just in front of us. It would be better if the name of the Gite is written in a suitable location. -There was only one bottle of liquid soap for both showering and washing hands. It would be better to provide one separate bottle for the basine." ~Rahman.m

"Pros: Location,layout,views,garden,quiet,peaceful,felt very off the beaten track,internet(until it crashed two days before we left),not far from anywhere. Bedrooms. Bathroom. Cons: Cleanliness-flies a constant problem especially when trying to eat.- but we recognise we are in the countryside. Windows were dirty inside and out-we had to clean big hand marks and stains off. Toilet was stained and unsightly and a bit offputting-we get you dont bleach but there must be alternatives.Facecloth was stained ,don't think it had been replaced. Gite was not very clean generally.. Lack of English instructions for equipment and recycling-felt guilty binning stuff that i would normally recycle.The gite Felt a bit like a building site.- in fact someone was either drilling or hammering every day,especially early on the last morning. The Stairs to the basement under our gite just had tape instead of a handrail that was not in place properly anyway. Real fall risk. There were building materials scattered about the place all round our gite. Beds were all VERY firm- but that's personal preference perhaps but it didn't suit us.Didn't really feel like value for what we thought was a lot of money and the booking. Com site didn't really properly describe what we encountered. Thought it was going to be much more luxurious. All sounds very negative but it didn't spoil our enjoyment of the holiday and all are minor niggles but frustrating nonetheless when paying what we did ." ~Chris

"Pros: Lovely location with spectacular views .Well located.Good communication prior to stay. Cons: -No kettle -problem with flies, despite keeping doors shut we dealt with numerous flies in the kitchen daily.(mentioned on previous review). -kitchen dark and requires refreshing." ~Ellen
