"Pros: The apartment is clean, well furnished and in a quiet résidential block with secure access and parking. A small carrefour supermarket is 150m away and downtown is a 5 mins walk. The Wi-Fi speed is 65 MBps so reasonably fast. The accommodation agent managing the apartment was courteous, professional and responsive.
Cons: We had to pay a EUR 25 fee for our pet dog. He weighs 13 kg. I would have wanted Booking.com to have advertised this cost at the time of the booking - as they did local habitation tax and cleaning fees."
