"Pros: The view is gorgeous and the location can hardly be any better, just a few hundred meters to the beach and train station just one stop away from Monaco. There is a very nice pool attached to the housing complex. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The layout of the apartment is good with functioning amenities. Two balconies of which especially the one attached to the sitting area is very comfortable and spacious. Parking is excellent, own parking lot of the apartment on the roof of the housing complex with remote control keys to the gates.
Cons: This apartment is perfect as long as temperature stays well below 30 degrees. It is good to remember that this apartment does NOT have air conditioning and hot air gets stuck in it in windless hot days. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but it is locked to level 2 out of 5 by the owner. The managing staff were very kind and helpful, they did everything they could to ease our suffer from the hot weather, they bought a fan and an air cooler, but the lack of air condition is a big minus of this apartment. Wifi did not work on the first 24 hours, we were provided a functioning router only for the second day of our stay."

"Pros: It was a beautiful immaculate apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment had everything you needed to cook and wash. Corinne was a very kind and helpful host.
Cons: It was a big uphill walk from the railway station and beach but there are lots of buses."
