"Pros: The view is gorgeous and the location can hardly be any better, just a few hundred meters to the beach and train station just one stop away from Monaco. There is a very nice pool attached to the housing complex. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The layout of the apartment is good with functioning amenities. Two balconies of which especially the one attached to the sitting area is very comfortable and spacious. Parking is excellent, own parking lot of the apartment on the roof of the housing complex with remote control keys to the gates. Cons: This apartment is perfect as long as temperature stays well below 30 degrees. It is good to remember that this apartment does NOT have air conditioning and hot air gets stuck in it in windless hot days. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but it is locked to level 2 out of 5 by the owner. The managing staff were very kind and helpful, they did everything they could to ease our suffer from the hot weather, they bought a fan and an air cooler, but the lack of air condition is a big minus of this apartment. Wifi did not work on the first 24 hours, we were provided a functioning router only for the second day of our stay." ~Csaba

"Zalety: Wspaniały widok na Monako. Ładny ogród. Piękny basen. Eleganckie wyposażenie i dekoracja wnętrz. Dobrze działający Internet. Piękne miejsce na luksusowy pobyt wakacyjny. Wady: Obsługa, która mieszka na miejscu (!!!) mówi wyłącznie po hiszpańsku. Można się z nimi porozumieć wyłącznie przez translatora. Z osobą podaną jako kontakt nie można się porozumieć przez telefon, bo nie odbiera połączeń . Brama nie zamyka się lub sama otwiera, rzekomo na skutek niedawnej usterki. W kilku lampach brakowało żarówek. Dwie sypialnie były w innym budynku, o czym nie było mowy w opisie na stronie Booking, były też one o nieco gorszym standardzie. Jeśli lubisz stresy to jest obiekt dla Ciebie." ~Andrzej

"Pros: It was easy host and they were on the spot to greet us, save us a parking spot and to help bringing the luggage upstairs with the lift. They also went the extra mile to replace a defective TV on the same day. The house has a stunning view to the sea and by car you can reach several beautiful destinations. "Pros: A great view to start with from the heights of the property, which is very well taken care of. Thierry was very welcoming and prepared a really good breakfast for us. From there, you can hike the stairs down to discover villa E1027 (Eileen Gray) and the Le Corbusier site (needs to be booked), enjoy the path along the coastline otherwise, or climb up the stairs to restaurants in the village. Cons: Nothing, really, but you should know that parking your car at the property needs some skills (the road is very narrow and the place to turn the car around is very limited - be mentally prepared, the property is well worth it!)." ~Emmanuel
