"Pros: About the property everything! Beautiful villa very well equipped with an amazing heated pool that the whole family enjoyed! Cons: The staff! The concierge never came on the day we arrived. just gave us instructions where to find the keys, which were hidden in the garden… she came 2 days after our arrival… but really for nothing! She was not even able to inform us that during our stay different people (gardener, pool-man, worker etc…) were going to come and just enter property with no warning… ! Of course we were surprised when all these workers started to walk in and do their thing whilst were having breakfast... In addition the entry gate was broken so could not be closed! Anyone could access the garden and pool area and the workers certainly did without warning… as there was no doorbell and the gate stayed wide open… I really hope that the gate and concierge service will be looked into because the house is really a nice place!" ~Wanessa
