"Pros: It is very charming building Cons: No posible options to have a coffee or some food in hotel if you didn’t book in advance. Beautiful environment but lacking of services as cafe. We try to order room service they first of all didn’t have menu in English, then I’ve chosen one dish, to bring it to the room cost extra 10€, after few minutes they called and said that this particular dish they don’t have… to have a dog in a room cost extra 30€ and they don’t provide nothing for dogs (as plates, or bed as many hotels offer)." ~Maria
