"Pros: • The first impression of the apartment is good
• The apartament is very close to the tram station, few stops away from Central station / centre
• Our car was parked behind the gate in a safe place
Cons: • It was difficult to find the key box
• The keys are attached to Apple tracker
• It was cold in the apartment and you can not make it warmer, there was an extra electric heater which does not work (an extra blanket would be appreciated)
• During the 3 night stay nobody cleans or leave at least extra towels ( there is no place to dry / no Clothes Airer Laundry)
• The bed was not comfortable (personal opinion) and small
• The place looks clean at first look but when you look closer it is not very clean
• We chose this apartment because of the bathtub but could not use it because bathtub plug was broken
• The shower needs deep clean because there is a lot of calk and 70% water holes are blocked with calk
• The external blinds are not working so you can not make the room dark
• The high chairs in the kitchen are very uncomfortable (personal opinion)
• The wardrobe doors were broken"

"Pros: Everything was guided from a professional concierge and it was easy to discuss with somebody prior to my arrival.
Location was great with easy access on street parking and also tramway station. The apartment was very spacious.
Cons: Not having a heating system (not specified during the reservation process). Some areas were a little messy (balcony and one of the hallways. Missing towels - you get only one for body and that's all - when you stay for a week it would be great to have more. The departure was a little tricky - the locker for putting back the keys was opened with the code on it, it gave me a little worries."
