"Pros: This is the best location I believe in Lille if you want to see the European life. Close to bars, restaurant, grocery store. Very lively location. Weekends will be noisy because several bars and party spots are there around the building. So if you are looking for some peaceful stay you may not like it here. But for us it was fun because we were new to this culture so for us it was a whole new world. So much of cutlery and kitchen utensils are available so cooking was easy. Size of the apartment was also reasonable. TV with good connection was very useful for my kids and they enjoyed their stay there. Host was wonderful and very nice. If you need any thing he is always available. He was available to answer our queries even before we made our booking. Cons: Bathroom had some water clogging issue though the host helped rectify that but it happened 2 times so owner can pay attention to it. There is no washing/drying facility so we have to do it in nearby laundry place. Although it is not far but it takes a lot of time. Owner/host must care to clean the outside area. As the apartment is on first flor, the area near the staircase is dirty. I think it has not been cleaned since ages." ~Sudhanshu
