"Pros: Everything was guided from a professional concierge and it was easy to discuss with somebody prior to my arrival. Location was great with easy access on street parking and also tramway station. The apartment was very spacious. Cons: Not having a heating system (not specified during the reservation process). Some areas were a little messy (balcony and one of the hallways. Missing towels - you get only one for body and that's all - when you stay for a week it would be great to have more. The departure was a little tricky - the locker for putting back the keys was opened with the code on it, it gave me a little worries." ~Alexandru
