The flat smelt badly of drains when we arrived, one of the downstairs showers was particularly bad, it took a long time with open windows to improve this.

Cons: There was nothing like that. Of course the residence is located close to the university, but is still about 20 minutes by foot from the city center and 15 minutes more to the station."
