"Pros: It was close to the beach, 3min from the promenade. It had a parking lot, even it was outside the residence parking lots. Close to cruise ship Lydia the emblem of Le Barcares, which we took advantage to visit it free of charge on patrimony days. It was at the1floor and had an elevator(we did not used it much) To be rented only if you go there for sleeping and you are out for the day. Cons: The residence was old and outdated, on the corridor we had the impression that we were in a hospital, a smell of mold and a certain dampness greeted us on the holloway and also some times in the room as it was not well aerated. This is in contrast with the room,as the room has a sophisticated digital code locker, a big TV and also AC.The bed/mattress was a bit worned out and the drawer was very dirty on the lower level, inside it looked like in a shed, remaining from the renovation work, a dusted vacuum cleaner, brooms and mops thrown there. The white seats from the dining table were almost broken, and the table had bread crumbs on it when we arrived. In the bathroom under and beneath the sink there was a real mess. No Internet connection, neither the mobile internet it's not good enough as the mobile signal it's poor." ~Lavinia
