"Pros: The place was awesome, next to a château (beautiful setting), fully equipped (it suited all our needs); beds were very comfortable; got a lot of information regarding the property and nearby areas right away after booking; staff was responsive. Overall, one of the best places I have booked in all my travels.
Cons: Nothing to complain about, but if you are a party of 4 or 5 people it may not be big enough (for the 3 of us it was perfect). Also, this property may not be suitable for the elderly because of the somewhat steep stairway (bathroom and bedroom is upstairs).
However, the property managers have a website where you can check many other properties that may not be listed in booking.com, so I suggest to ask them about it."

"Pros: This wonderful apartment was located about a 10 minute drive from the city of Bayeux. In fact you could see the city standing outside the apartment which was fun. It was also the perfect location to go visit the beaches of Normandy. We made it to Gold Beach and Omaha Beach on the same day. It was a short drive to both of these beaches from this apartment. It also came with the most helpful electronic booklet of ‘what you need to know about the apartment’. That was such a great resource to have. It was very spacious apartment with two levels. It was located in a quiet and scenic area. We made excellent use of the kitchen to make our dinners and found the living room area a very relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day. It definitely made our trip to France a wonderful experience!"
