"Pros: The property itself is an amazing value. The apartment is very well maintained, with an exceptionally thoughtful set of devices and cookware. The building is also very pleasant. Cons: Nothing. But the neighborhood is utterly unappealing and — at least in my opinion — should be avoided if you’re visiting for the first time and / or for touristic purposes. No good stores in the vicinity plus you will have to rely on a measly couple of buses to get to the city. Although the neighborhood itself looks safe, on your way to the center you’ll have to get through some sketchy areas. As I’d spent several months living in Paris before, it was fine for me. I was even happy to explore a new place and spend some time indoors. But not recommended for first time visitors. Honestly, I feel bad writing this. Again, the property itself is immaculate. And the infrastructural / transportation issues are definitely not the host’s fault." ~Andrey
