You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them onsite for the following extra charges: - Bed linen: EUR 6 per person per stay - Towels: EUR 4 per person per stay.
