"Pros: Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Nicholas was a wonderful host and explained everything to us thoroughly even though there was a language barrier we made it work with the help of google translate. Nicholas made it clear to us that the water in the hot tub was changed with every new guest which I thing is above and beyond. The whole apartment was absolutely spotless. We loved it so much we didn't even go out for dinner and we ended up getting a pizza delivered from one of Nicholas' recommended restaurants which we also had a discount for staying at Ospaloft. Nicholas was also kind enough to let us check in a little early which was wonderful as we'd been driving all day and we were keen to have a relax. We will definitely return if we are ever in Arras again. I cannot recommend enough. Cons: Nothing. Everything was absolutely wonderful and I have zero complaints. As I said, I can't recommend highly enough. I only regret that we weren't there for longer. If you do stay I recommend staying for more than one night." ~Charlotte

"Pros: This is a stylish, comfortable and clean apartment with all the facilities we needed for our 3 night stay. It took us about 10 minute to walk to Grand Place and probably another 5 to the Railway Station. Cons: Street parking is available on the same road as the apartment, however we had to drive around the block several times before a space became available. Payment for parking is via a machine which didn’t like our UK number plate or credit card. However after downloading the app we were able to park there all day for €17. There is free parking available but this is about a 15 min walk away. Upon arrival at the property we were advised that unfortunately there was a delay in getting into the apartment as it wasn’t ready, despite having a confirmation via Booking.com earlier that afternoon that our estimated arrival time of 3pm was agreed by the host. Had we known of the delay earlier we would have broken our journey somewhere instead of sitting in the car for 90 mins in the rain." ~Denise

"Pros: Wonderful, spacious elevated ground floor conversion. Well equipped kitchen, clean and minimalist interior design. Lovely view of the inner gardens. We enjoyed the sight of a cute brown Labrador checking in on us. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly to our queries. Cons: Personally, I don't like when the toilet is isolated from the rest of the bathroom and doesn't have its own wash basin. In the shower, the drain was slow or blocked which meant one had to take very very short showers to avoid flooding the bathroom. The flat overlooks a really serene inner court and gardens, however guest access is denied. It would perhaps be best to remove pictures which suggest one may have access to this space. I also wonder if it was wise to block all these other exits from a fire safety point of view." ~Cristian
