"Pros: The location of the apartment is spot on if you wish to travel around. It was about 10 minutes walk away from the Juan-les-Pins train station. Also grocery stores and bakery and many restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Easy access to beaches as well. Best about the apartment was the location and it was clean as well. The terrace is bigger that seen on the photos. During our stay the residential area was also very quiet. The pool is bigger than seems when looking at the photos. Air conditioning and wifi worked very well. I think would stay there are again if needed. Cons: Some light bulbs were out and shower drain not working properly in the beginning, but it was fixed when asked quite quickly. Our children slept on the bedroom and the bed was a bit squeaky. My husband and I slept on sofa and we managed, not the best, but doable. Keys were given by a lock box and not an actual person and for that had to pay 22 euros for later arrival at 21.30 which was a bit strange. Also should give more specific advise what locks to use and what keys to use on each door. The address seems a bit off as well since taxi could not find it but luckily I had myself looked from Google maps the area and what the building actually looked like. There is a building name as well which would be nice to have when ordering transportation in advance. All this info came via WA on our arrival day. Would be good to have an introductory book on the premises where to take your trash, how to get to the pool etc so no need to ask those separately.
