"Pros: Great little flat super close to the beach at Juan Les Pins. Has everything you need for a short stay. The host is communicative and was flexible on the arrival time. Cons: It was a tiny bit noisy from the stairs/neighbours, so the walls are quite thin. However if you are out all day this is not an issue, as it’s quiet in the evenings. Also be mindful that the sofa arms aren’t fixed - I leaned on these a couple of times and fell off the sofa both times 🤣" ~Maria

"Pros: The location is superb. The apartment is very well eqipped. Communication with host was good. Cons: The air-condition was not working properly, and it did not cool the room, so it was very (almost unbearably) hot inside. There was a price reduction, perhaps reflecting this known problem. Still I left somewhat dissapointed. The host said the air-condition will be repaired in the near future." ~Fjorddiver
