"Pros: The apartment is at a very good location, and Marine is very responsive. It is small but has everything. Cons: The (very loud) portable air conditioner is not convenient, you are supposed to put the tube for hot air on the balcony but that means the balcony glass door has to open a little bit, it is bright in the morning even with the shade half closed.
