"Pros: + Air-conditioning in all rooms + Very good position near the beaches and city center + Small kitchen with everything you need (oven, stoves, microwave, refrigerator... ) / we cooked every day + The agent can arrange a parking or garage place near the apartment + Spacy apartment enough for 4 + Small balcony rather for two but four of us managed to fit also + narrow but good enough view to the see + the beds are comfy + we had one or two small problems with the door and TV but the agent came immediately and helped us Cons: - The communication with the agent caused a lot of stress for us. We booked this apartment a year ago. The payment followed automatically month before our arrival and the money was transfered from my credit card. The day before our arrival we got the message from the agent that we should send him my email address so that he can send us instructions for the payment!? On the day of arrival, he contacted us again and I've sent him confirmation from booking.com but again he now sent the message that if we do not pay before our arrival they will not let us in ! We contacted bookimng.com to clear this up, call center employee from Germany checked the system, confirmed all was paid and contacted the agent . Directly afterwards the agent sent us a message saying he is waiting for us! When we got there he said there is some problem with some options he was using for money transfers and  he'll clear them with booking.com. That was what he should do in the first place and not put the blame on customers. This messaging and calling call center caused us to get there later with ... Very stressful with two kids on board.  - First it was agreed that we leave the one pair of keys to one security guard in one hotel nearby the night before leaving. On the  day before the agent said we should leave all the keys and remote control of the garage . I explained that this is not possible as we have one more night, he did not reply. I went to this hotel at night and agreed with the security that we come early in the morning (before 6 o'clock) and give him all the keys. This was generally ok as we planned to leave at that time but the way of communication was in our view unprofessional and the organisation obviously very bad.  We were also here three years ago and were satisfied back then so we decided to come again this year. Unfortunately because of the issues mentioned we would not do it again." ~Nebojsa
