The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property has no reception. Please contact the property 72 hours in advance to agree your arrival time and arrange for check-in and key collection. Early arrivals before 16:00 and late arrivals after 18:30 are possible upon request only.
