"Pros: the place is near the city centre. Although it is a bit noisy at night, because it is close to several restaurants, you can still rest well.
Cons: There is no air conditioning in the property. it would be better if this could be done" ~Nagara
"Pros: The location was excellent and the property staff were very attentive and accommodating in communication. It is the perfect little place for a small solo traveler as the unit is very compact, but works well for a 2-4 day trip. The bed appears squishy but was actually incredibly comfortable. Sufficient lighting and cozy atmosphere. Great wifi connection if you have to do work. I would stay again.
*Being in a historical building adds to the charm, but not wheelchair accessible. Be careful entering and exiting the unit as the stairs in the entryway are a bit high from the main staircase.
Cons: Kitchenette was beautiful but could use a few more basic cooking essentials (like a chef knife and a stirring spoon). As Aix does have a sizable student population due to the collection of universities around, there was a bit of noise during one of the nights, but that is normal. The leveling of the sink and plaquette tilts down ever so slightly to the right, so sometimes sink water can collect a bit on the metal drying area—just have to wipe it dry." ~Connell
"Pros: Helpful host, excellent central location. Modern appliances. Very clean and convenient.
Cons: Steep stairs, but it's a quaint ancient building so it's not surprising." ~Maria
