This luxury villa lies below the slopes and was completed in 2000. Floor area 200 m². On the ground floor there is lounge with convertible sofa and dining space, kitchen, sauna suite (electric heating), jacuzzi, room for household management, room for fixing skis. Dressingroom with convertible sofa and 2 beds. Upstairs there is four separate bedrooms, two with twin bed and own toilet and two with single beds and shared toilet. Internet Access. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Vuokatti ski slope 100 m, cross country track 100 m. Small lake 1,5 km. NOT inc. linen. Internet-connection (wireless, speed 4 Mb). Lockable ski storage and maintenance room for skis.
Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also on a weekend stay. No pets.
Price includes check out cleaning and bed linen (for amount of people informed in reservation).
