"Pros: Great location across the road to the Maritime museum and next to the Turku castle. Quiet. Nice grocery store in a 1 minute walk. Easy access to the property - door code on the outer door and key lockbox for the room. We checked in on our own around 2 am - very smooth experience. Very helpful hosts. All the amenities worked as advertised. A fun thing was a table-bed transformer. My child liked that one a lot. Very clean. Easily accessible via bus to everywhere we needed. Cons: Nothing really, for the money we could not complain at anything." ~Yulian

"Pros: The location is really good. The building is modern and well kept. The underground parking is good. The appartement is well equipped. The location is accepts dogs (though 5€ fee most be paid) Cons: We could only get the key at 17:00 even though check in was at 16:00. The host offered us to hand the key before but we would need to do the cleaning from previous guest ourselves. Besides we waited almost 1 hour for the host to clean the apartment, the level of cleanness of the apartment was quite poor. Bedlinens and towels were fresh, kitchenware was clean, but the floor was missing a good pass of the vacuum cleaner and was definitely now mopped. The glass surfaces e.g. bathroom mirror, glass table, etc. were wiped but with a bit dirty cloth because the stains of the dirty water left by the cloth were visible on the glass. Communication with host was OK, but he takes some time to respond." ~Hector
