Cons: Two leakages in the bathroom. Hand basin and toilet pan connector. Maintenance fixed them as soon as the problems were reported.
There was no hairdryer in the flat. We contacted the owner who promised we would get one the following day. No sign of it." ~Anne
"Pros: Super clean, quiet and elegant rooms, fantastic food (dinner and breakfast), great location near everything (shores, restaurants, mall, seafront). The staff were very kind and accommodating." ~Rauna
"Pros: The apartment was spacious, equipped with large beds and lots of kitchen appliances. Location was great and car could be parked either on the side of the street or parking spot located in the internal parking area. Also there was a charging station (Autoliitto Latauspiste )for the electric car on the next street.
Cons: Towels were not been changed to new ones recently but that didn't bother us too much.
Outdoor and apartment door locks were worn out or something as we struggled a bit to use the key." ~Heikki

Big room. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Friendly restaurant staff. Sauna in suite.
Cons: Unfriendly receptionist on arrival. AC in suite directly facing the sofa bed and if the doors to the bedroom are closed, the living room section with the sofa bed is freezing and bedroom doesn’t get any air. Motion sensor light at room entrance took forever to switch off - not convenient at night, disturbs person sleeping on sofa bed. Overall quite unpractical set-up if child or third person is using the sofa bed." ~Petra
"Pros: Apartment itself is quite good, with some small items and improvements would be ideal for party of 4 by our expectations.
Cons: Owner changed booked apartment in the day of arrival in the afternoon. Firstly, communication was that we will get upgrade with new apartment and also that we should pay additional for that. When we exist that we will stay with booked appartment, there was one way communication that they rebooked us and that we can pay extra if we wont.
The fact is, that new apartment was smaller, not completely renovated and for us most important with less beds, so my son have to sleep on sofa in living room.
Obviously owner is very “professional” actually she wanted to charge us for less worth apartment.
Another issue is cleaning. You can see the photos, this by our opinion should be improved.
By our knowledge the owner have majority of apartment in Tornio, because there are many reviews about similar experience like we had (rebooking).
Fact is also that apartment we booked do not have 3 rooms, like is stated on booking.com, which should something happen, because this is misleading to customers as also hidden costs.
At the end owner offered us some discount for sheets/towels and cleaning which we accept it. Still will decide for possible complaint." ~Damir
