"Pros: The property looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and it’s even more beautiful in person. The large windows overlooking the snow-covered trees are simply magical. We loved our stay and wish we had more time there. Cons: - The place wasn’t as tidy as expected. All the cupboards were messy and unorganized. - We weren’t informed prior to booking about an additional cleaning fee or that towels and linens were not included. They only notify you after confirming your booking, leaving you no choice but to accept it since cancellations are no longer possible. We ended up paying an extra €100 for two adults and a child. It was initially supposed to be €245, but I complained because I wasn’t aware of the extra charge. - When we arrived late in the evening after a tiring flight, we discovered that none of the duvets or pillows had linens. The linens were left undone. I’m not sure if this is standard practice, but we’ve never experienced it before, even after staying at many places worldwide. Having to put the linens on ourselves was disappointing. - No shampoo, shower gel, or other toiletries were provided. - The hot tub wasn’t as warm on the second or third day. - No laundry detergent provided even if it says it was included in the manual." ~C

"Pros: I fell in love with this cute house. So cosy and well organised with all the necessary things for the comfort stay. The location is good, close to the skiing resort, where there are shops and a few bars, the cashpoint. The house was warm and very clean. It was my birthday and I was happy to celebrate it in such a lovely atmosphere - Christmas tree and lights, fireplace, candles, sauna, and hot tub, I loved it all. Thank you! Cons: I was surprised that there is an additional pay for the towels and linens. Perhaps it was mentioned somewhere, but I only discovered it a few days before the arrival. The bathroom is a bit weird because after when someone takes a shower, half of the floor is wet. It dries quickly, though, and the cloth to wipe it was provided. But even this didn't ruin our experience." ~Eri
