"Pros: An amazing apartment in a fantastic building! This brand-new space is perfectly located right next to the ski lift and includes a dedicated ski room for added convenience. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, featuring three bedrooms—ideal for comfortably accommodating a large family. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views, while the excellent heating ensures a cozy stay. Enjoy the luxury of a huge sauna and a heated rack for drying ski boots and clothes. The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, and everything needed to prepare a simple meal. A perfect retreat for a ski getaway! Cons: The apartment was lovely, but getting in was a bit of a challenge due to unclear information about the address, building details, and apartment number. It was also confusing to figure out who to contact, as there were multiple parties involved—building management, a code handler, and a cleaning team—without clear guidance on whom to reach out to. We ended up waiting for about an hour before finally reaching the right contact person, who then sent a cleaning lady to let us in and show us around. A big thumbs-up to the nearby ski rental shop for letting us wait inside. Once we got in, everything was smooth and did not have any problems" ~Ceylan

"Pros: The location of the office and key locker was easy to find - its a small town Cons: We arrived in Levi at 12pm but Levillas office could not be sure what time the keys would be available and were not available in the office to store luggage, Hence we were 'at a loose end' until ~3pm in the end and not sure if that might have been 4pm or 5pm. Uncertainty of timing and lack of luggage storage is a big problem in a cold town (it can be minus 20C in Levi!) and in one when we want to ski." ~David
