"Pros: Excellent apartment, above what we expected. Washing machine and drying cupboard was a very welcome addition during a particularly slushy spell. Cons: The apartment is accessed via a digital lock. We were staying with a toddler and to open the door from the inside all you have to do is lower the handle on the door which meant that we couldn't allow the child to sleep on the sofa bed as they could easily leave the apartment. A chain higher up on the door would be a great addition. The sauna has a window into the bedroom, perhaps not ideal if you have friends sharing the apartment." ~Sian

"Pros: The location of the office and key locker was easy to find - its a small town Cons: We arrived in Levi at 12pm but Levillas office could not be sure what time the keys would be available and were not available in the office to store luggage, Hence we were 'at a loose end' until ~3pm in the end and not sure if that might have been 4pm or 5pm. Uncertainty of timing and lack of luggage storage is a big problem in a cold town (it can be minus 20C in Levi!) and in one when we want to ski." ~David

"Pros: The apartment was everything we needed, it had a basic kitchen with all the appliances we needed and a drying cabinet for wet snowboarding gear, as well as a Sauna to warm up and relax at the end of each day. The location is a few minutes walk from the centre (it's a very small centre at ZeroPoint, everything is under a 5min walking distance away). There's a big balcony with great views into the forests. Cons: There's not much that could have been better. The beds could have been more comfortable, but they were totally OK for us." ~Ville

"Pros: Such a beautiful apartment and in a fantastic location, amazing being able to watch people come down the slopes as you eat breakfast! Everything you needed was there. Cons: The music was rather loud downstairs on the weekend and the people staying above were very noisy on their feet." ~Ashley
