"Pros: The place was clean and easy to navigate for English speakers. The location of the property is optimum given its price point and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Cons: The price point might be slightly above average given the conditions of the property. And I would have appreciate a slightly faster response from the staff when I experienced a confusing issue with my room assignment." ~Derek

"Pros: Nice flat in a great quiet location (5 mins walk from the dock, 15 minutes from the train station). Walking distance to pretty much everything in Savonlinna e.g. 20 mins to castle, 5 mins to shops). Flat is on 2nd floor with a balcony facing the rear. Wasn't sure about the shower at first but everything worked fine. Good small kitchen and diner. Like the way 2 keys were left for us (sometimes people only leave one). Organisation was good. If you visit, do walk to the Casino island nature reserve - just over 2 walkways over the lake from the station. And have lunch at Savonlinna castle (they really make this difficult to find but just pay to enter the castle and there is a cafe/restaurant at the back of the gift shop)." ~Gerard
