Wooden villa built in 1990, renovated 2000, living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom no 1 double bed, bedroom no 2 two single beds, bedroom no 3 one single bed, utility room, washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric stove), separate toilet, bathroom with toilet and tub. Upstairs there is separate toilet, bedroom no 4 (25 m²) with two single beds and access to the balcony, bedroom no 5 (20 m²) with two single beds, in the lobby sleeping alcove (isolated only with curtains) with one bed.
For summer use: lakeshore sauna 25 m² (not used during winter when minus celcius degrees), living room where there are two alternative sleeping places during the summer season, dressing room and sauna (wood stove).
Dog fence, fence height 1 m. Talviniemi is nice rental villa that can accommodate even a bigger family to spend a vacation. A large lawn allows a wide range of games and play. Savonlinna's services and attractions are within a short distance. The owner rents motor boat by separate agreement / payment.
