Air source heat pump. 2 TV's. Convection fireplace. Cot = baby's travel bed.
Elegant, minimalistic cottage in pine forest. Blueberry picking areas start from the yard (during that season). Cottage plot size is 1.2 ha.
Own shoreline of 200 m, child-friendly beach, fairly low for far, no jetty. From Valkiajärvi there is a small boat access to Saimaa's lake Moinselkä.
Neighbor out of sight (neighbour house's roof can be seen).
A pet surcharge of 10 eur / day, to be paid directly to the owner / custodian.
