"Pros: The place is in centre rovaniemi. Surrounded by a lot of good restaurants (Saigon Vietnamese restaurant was pretty good). there was supermarket nearby too. Only a short bus away from Santa Claus Village. very Clean. There is kitchen and oven. Cons: The owner was not responding to my 3 messages across 3 days. The mobile number posted on the property is not contactable. We had to contact Booking.com staff before they finally responded to us. After that the owner is already very responsive and everything went well. It is a good place, the owner just needs to improve communication, update their contact number on Booking.com, and give the necessary information before check in without having to be asked a couple of times (room number, where to get keys etc) + maybe a microwave would be appreciated by many guests Aside from that, everything was fine. It is probably a learning experience so maybe for the next booking, everything will go smoothly already" ~Jenn
