"Pros: Hosts were extremely helpful, communication was superb and very friendly and easy to get in touch with. Apartment had everything needed for a family. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything needed was made available. Hairdryer, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, ladies personal hygiene, spare toothbrush, shampoos, shower gels, soaps, deodorant etc Everything was thought of by the hosts. Location was accessible to everywhere we needed to go and we walked everywhere. Shops very near by. We would wholly recommend a stay here and was a great start to our introduction to Finland :-) Cons: All was perfect :-) No negatives" ~Denise

"Pros: Real beds for our family of 4 people. (1 queen + 2 double beds) Actually, there are also another two large sofa. Parking is just under the building. Great for winter, especially we have many luggages. Supermarket is nearby, kitchen has everything we need. TV is large and can be connected to our iphone." ~Hsuan-lin

"Pros: The flat itself was nicely decorated, quiet and clean. It was located near the centre and in the vicinity of a bus stop/supermarkets. The beds were comfortable and the facilities modern including a good size sauna, nice sitting area and an open shower. Cons: Unfortunately the agency that is in charge of the property seems to be focused purely on profit, not the experience of their customers and was not accommodating at all. They did not leave the key at the property for us and we had to walk for 15mins to the town centre upon late arrival from the airport, in cold weather with our luggages. They then required us to drop the key off at that same inconvenient location on the day of our departure. They would not let us check out a bit later than 11am free of charge and asked for a €10 for every additional hour which we declined. We were also told to take out the rubbish and strip the bed even though they have a cleaner who is employed to clean the property (and despite different instructions inside the property). All the above really affected our experience at this overall nice apartment and we would not choose to stay there again knowing that the rental company does not really care about their customers, and seems to only care about their own comfort." ~Maggie

"Pros: Excellent host, who was very flexible with some of our requests. Also great location. Very well equipped apartment with good oven and dishwasher. About 15 min walk from the station, good bus connections to Santa Village etc. Spacious apartment with plenty of natural light (summer!), good beds, no complaints at all." ~Jake
