"Pros: Location is obviously great and it’s good value for money. Customer service is top tier and that really made our stay. Breakfast included is okay and gym and sauna are a nice bonus. Cons: The hotel is dated, pillows and mattresses are horrible and the rooms are small and hot. The ski locker locks don’t work and the lockers are not meant for modern ski/snowboard gear. The carpets in the hotel are stained and smelly. Fitness facilities could use an update as well and a hot tub and spa would’ve been great." ~Meri
