60 km north of Mikkeli, River Nykälänjoki (L.Kyyvesi) 30 m, connection to Kyyvesi by waterways ab. 300 m, hard, shallow sanded clay bottom, dock and own boat.
Log cottage 1994, partly renovated 2009, living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft 2 beds (steep stairs), sauna (electric stove), bathroom with WC, terrace, balcony.
Smoke sauna, if required, must be booked in advance and payment made direct to owner. 'Earth cellar'. Dog enclosure. Garage and outbuilding are used by owner (not used when customers have booked the cottage).
Barbecue grill (heated by wood), electric smoke box. Cozy cottage on a sunny plot by river bank/shore. Grassed yard, apple trees, raspberry bushes, strawberry plants, rather large plot (4000 m2). Fishing possibility in the river.
Trampoline and garden swing. Steep stairs to loft. The owner knows well the nearby forests and can guide with berry and mushroom picking.
Fishing equipment and local licence's for 6 rods is included in the rent. Clients must buy goverment license themselves (see: http://kalastusluvat.kalapaikka.net/osta-kalastuslupa-e/ )
Mobile shop (check timetable) 300 m, Nykälänkosket rapids 3 km (salmon fishing), Haukivuori horse riding school 1.5 km, Toivonharju horse riding stables 8 km, Pieksämäki 30 km, Häkärinteet ski resort 50 km, Kangasniemi 30 km.
