2-storey stone house 2008, living room, kitchen and dining area, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, washing room (2 showers and jacuzzi), sauna (both wood stove and "always ready" electric stove), toilet, large terrace areas around the house. There is a hot tub in the terrace (which is available for extra charge). Carport in the yard.

There are neighbors in the immediate vicinty, please don't cause any disturbance to the neighborhood for example by loud noise. House is also suitable for business meetings. Downstairs of the house is also suitable for moving disabled. The beach is shared with 3 other villas. There is a steep slope to the beach which is 300 m away. The beach is not the best for swimming.
There is a hot tub in the terrace, which is available for rent for a separate charge (reserved in advance). Trampoline for the kids in the yard.
Fishing boat and fishing guide services available. Matildansalmi is famous for its good fishing possibilities (pike perch). Catering services available nearby.
Nearby (2 km) Matilda's extensive hiking areas where lake Matildanjärvi (good planted trout strain), hiking trails some of which are also suitable for wheelchair passing, shelters and fire places, a good municipal beach and tennis courts. Boats for hire.
Meri-Teijo Ski and Golf Resort 3 km, Salo 25 km, Dalsbruk 40 km, Kasnäs (eg. sea trips to Bengtskär lighthouse island and Rosala viking centre) 60 km, Tammisaari 50 km, Turku 90 km.
